Jakob Ohmann began his career serving as a Technical Engineer Sergeant in the Army National Guard, where he developed hands-on expertise in surveying, drafting, and managing construction site development projects. Alongside his military service, he built a strong foundation in the construction industry, gaining practical field experience as a carpenter, estimator, and inspector on residential, commercial, and public works projects.
Most recently, Jakob has served as a public works inspector, overseeing roadway improvements, coordinating paving operations, and working closely with contractors and agencies to ensure projects are delivered with quality, safety, and code compliance.
As President and CEO of Infra-West, Jakob draws on more than a decade of combined military, field, and inspection experience to lead teams in delivering high-quality, client-focused infrastructure solutions. His leadership is defined by a hands-on approach, clear communication, and a commitment to achieving successful outcomes for every client.
Brandon Kluzniak is a licensed Civil Engineer with extensive experience leading the planning, design, and delivery of major infrastructure programs across California and the western United States. His expertise spans high-speed rail, transit, bridges, tunnels, and emerging transportation technologies, where he has guided large interdisciplinary teams and supported public agencies and private clients through all phases of complex project delivery.
Brandon is known for his ability to balance technical detail with big-picture strategy, navigating complex stakeholder environments and developing practical, results-oriented solutions. His background includes leadership roles on high-profile projects such as the California High-Speed Rail program, Brightline West, and first-of-its-kind transportation technologies, where he has successfully managed design, procurement, and construction activities.
At Infra-West, Brandon focuses on program management and strategic advisory services, helping clients plan, design, and execute infrastructure programs with clarity, confidence, and efficiency – ensuring projects of all sizes meet their objectives on time and within budget.
